Piotr
Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer
Piotr is a person full of passion for fitness and he focuses on self-development and pursuit of the goals set. He strives for continuous improvement and sharing his experience with others.
As a teenager he had high achievements in Olympic weightlifting which he had been training for 11 years.
Now as a qualified Fitness Trainer Level 2 and Personal Trainer Level 3, he has trainees from various backgrounds. He is known for taking up challenges and enjoys helping others with achieving their best results. He ensures his training sessions are interesting, varied and tailored for each client individually, taking into account their goals and current physical abilities.
He extended the range of qualifications he has been holding by adding Level 3 Boxing, Level 2 Spinning and Weightlifting Coach.
Piotr continues to set up his own fitness goals and unceasingly for 18 years does 3 to 6 trainings a week. Training himself and knowing the importance and impact of nutrition led him to completion of a nutrition course.
After achieving the goals he is setting new ones. Recently Peter began to train people as an Online Trainer – conducting personal training, fitness classes and preparing training programs for clients from all over the world.
Piotr enjoys spending his free time with his friends, decorating interiors and travelling.
Pamela
Pilates Teacher
Having started life as a dancer, Pamela has now been teaching Pilates for over ten years. Her training was with Physiotherapists at APPI and as such she applies a strong focus on good technique and alignment in order to strengthen core abdominals and postural muscles in particular. Pamela enjoys delivering classes appropriate for all levels of ability, from beginners to advanced, encouraging participants to work at a level appropriate for them.
She enjoys using small equipment in the classes making her classes as varied as possible. Pamela strongly believes that Pilates is an enjoyable work out for everyone!
Lindsey
Yoga Teacher
Lindsey’s yoga journey began in 2010 and since then her passion has been to nurture and empower individuals through the practice of yoga, meditation and mindfulness; offering tools to ensure an optimum level of wellbeing, both mentally and physically. She thrives on assisting each individual on their own path of personal growth and transformation.
Lindsey believes that when we are true to ourselves, we create more space and freedom in the mind as we feel less bogged down by stagnant energy and thoughts. When we nurture our minds and bodies through conscious mindful living we have the tools to manage daily struggles, both mentally and physically, creating a sense of empowerment and self worth.
